Ann Clare
Chartered Physiotherapist
Ann Clare is a seasoned Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council), boasting over 35 years of invaluable experience in her field. Specialising in rehabilitation, Ann operates a modern physiotherapy practice located in Tinwell, just a short distance from Stamford, Lincolnshire.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Ann is recognised for her compassionate demeanour and unwavering commitment to her clients' well-being. Her practice is characterised by a warm and supportive atmosphere, where patients feel reassured and cared for throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Ann's reputation extends far beyond her local community, earning her widespread respect for her dedication to excellence and continual pursuit of knowledge in the field of physiotherapy.

Jacob White
Chartered Physiotherapist
Jacob White is a Chartered Physiotherapist (BSc Hons) and member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapy (AACP). With over 10 years of experience, Jacob has worked across a wide range of specialties within the NHS, including serving as a senior respiratory physiotherapist in Intensive Care during the Covid-19 pandemic.
He later moved into musculoskeletal physiotherapy, working as a senior physiotherapist in an outpatient department where he focused on the assessment and treatment of joint, muscle and spinal conditions. Jacob has also worked for the Ministry of Defence, treating members of the armed forces, and in private practice in Cambridgeshire where musculoskeletal physiotherapy became his primary area of expertise.
Jacob has extensive experience treating both common injuries and more complex physical conditions, helping patients return to activity through careful assessment, personalised treatment and rehabilitation.
JACOB'S APPROACH
Hands-On Treatment and Advanced Techniques
Jacob combines a strong clinical background with a range of specialist treatment techniques designed to support recovery and improve movement.
He has undertaken further training in several areas, including acupuncture using both Western and traditional Chinese medicine approaches. His acupuncture training includes deep muscular and spinal needling, dry needling, auricular techniques and applications for sports injury, rehabilitation and relaxation.
Alongside this, Jacob is trained in manual manipulation techniques drawing from chiropractic and osteopathic methods, as well as sports massage and gait analysis.
This combination of hands-on therapy and detailed assessment allows Jacob to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, from sports injuries to more persistent or complex physical problems.


Richard Evans
Chartered Physiotherapist
Richard has spent 16 years immersed in elite sports environments, gaining a deep understanding of the demands athletes face at all levels. His approach focuses on holistic development, always putting the individual at the heart of the rehabilitation process. This ensures that care is comprehensive and tailored to each person's unique needs.
Trained in the UK and registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Richard has gathered a wealth of experience from working across the UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Athletic background
Throughout his career, Richard has worked with some prestigious organisations. He has been part of the team at 'Right To Dream', a renowned international football academy, and has collaborated with professional football clubs like Charlton Athletic, Crystal Palace, and Millwall. But his expertise doesn’t stop at football; he has also worked with Brighton Rugby and Sussex Rugby, demonstrating his versatility.
Richard’s journey has taken him to diverse settings, including providing physiotherapy services at the Asian Indoor Athletics and Martial Arts Games in Turkmenistan. This variety in his work showcases his ability to adapt and excel in different cultural and athletic contexts.
